The Maria Frering Warranty is valid for 1 (one) year, from the date of purchase, and covers any defects that refer to technical manufacturing aspects.
If it is not possible to repair the jewel within the conditions of this guarantee, another equal or similar one of the same value will be provided without any surcharge.
The Maria Frering Warranty guarantees:
- For a period of 1 (one) year from the date of purchase, maintenance and re-embroidery of embroidered pieces are free of charge. Maria Frering jewels that are outside the warranty conditions may be re-embroidered upon payment of the respective fee, with prior approval of the budget by the client.
- For a period of 1 (one) year from the date of purchase, maintenance and re-plating of gold-plated pieces are free of charge. Maria Frering jewelry that is outside the warranty conditions may be re-plated upon payment of the respective fee, with prior approval of the budget by the customer.
- For a period of 1 (one) year from the date of purchase, re-setting of stones is free of charge as long as the original gem is sent with the piece. In case of replacement, a quote will be presented to the customer.
It is not included in the above Warranty, damages resulting from falls, improper use, accidents of any nature and contact with chemical agents or grease that may cause damage to the materials of your jewelry.
- Jewelry may be damaged by grease, chemicals, soaps, sharp blows or intense friction. Avoid wearing them for household chores, and remove rings when washing your hands.
- Stones, pearls and metals have different degrees of hardness and can be scratched. Please store pieces separately and be careful with jewelry coming into contact with other objects when wearing them.
- Pearls in contact with perfumes, hairspray and/or sweat can cause irreparable damage.
- To clean non-embroidered pieces or metal areas of embroidered jewlery, use only a soft flannel.
- To clean embroidery, use a cloth moistened with alcohol, pressing on the dirty places. Do not rub.
You can explore products online starting with new releases or by choosing a product category. Refine your search by selecting colors, stones and categories. After making your selection, add the product to your shopping bag. You can review your bag shopping cart and proceed to checkout using the icon in the upper right corner of the page. To complete your purchase, simply enter your shipping, billing and payment details.
All items that you can see in the MF online store are in stock, however, single sizes and/or colors may already be sold out, as we only have an exclusive quantity of items in stock. If the size is or desired color is not available at the moment, you can leave your email address to be notified when they eventually come back in stock, or you can also place an order for the product.
The Maria Frering online store only shows items that are available for sale online. If you would like to know about availability in our Maria Frering store, or in partner stores, please contact our Customer Service team at our contact form or check the Store Locator page to call the store closest to you.
The purchase process will be completed by clicking on the Buy button, confirming your order. A copy of the order will be sent both to MF and to the email address provided in the order form. Once your order is confirmed , the content can no longer be changed.
If you do not receive an email from confirmation of your order within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us to verify that your order was received correctly.
The order will be confirmed when we send the shipment confirmation email to the email address you provided.
The emails will contain a confirmation and a summary of the order for each product, such as product description and total order price, including taxes and any shipping fees.
If you cannot find the piece you are looking for on our website or if your size is not available, in most cases we can make the piece to order. Please check our Orders section for more information.

the purchase. Delivery time varies depending on the address entered and it
only starts to count after confirmation of payment by the financial
institutions. For ordered products read item "Order a product".

Return and Exchange
To exchange or refund, please contact us by e-mail email@example.com.
The conditions for exchange or return are:
- The item must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition and without traces of use.
- Return must be started within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Refund is issued directly to the original method of purchase. Refunds include the full amount of the piece but do not include the original shipping fee, if any.
Customers may choose to have the total sum of a refund:
- Reimbursed. The deadline for the authorized amount to reappear in your account depends on your credit card company;
- Used as part of the payment for another piece of higher value;
- Converted into credit for future purchases.
For purchases at our online store, exchanges and refunds may only be made through our website. For purchases made through one of our partner stores, please reach out to the partner store directly.
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Credit card. Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
This site has state-of-the-art security systems that encrypt and protect your payment information, ensuring total security in all transactions.
The order total will be charged after verification of your card details and after sending the first confirmation email and preparing the relevant product for shipment.
The charge will be made in the same currency as the prices shown at check-out. The order total includes the amount of sales tax. It will not be necessary to pay any extra fees or taxes upon delivery.
The invoice will be attached to your order with with the billing information provided at check-out for each order placed on the site.
If you need a second copy of the invoice, send us a message to firstname.lastname@example.org, we will be happy to send it to your email.

You get a 10% discount on your first purchase when you subscribe to our newsletter. This discount is only valid for your first purchase at the online store. It cannot be combined with other promotions.
